It is never to late to be what you might have been.
– George Elliot
I am a writer first and foremost, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I write with passion, purpose and drive.
My writing has been influenced by my patients and all that they have been through, and my own life experiences, which makes me passionate about the things I write about now.
Mr. and Mrs. Lionel Lenox, a couple I have known since childhood, have influenced me greatly with their love of words, books, and writing. They are the parents of my beloved friend, Nancy, and they believed in the power of the word. They taught their four daughters how to use their words to encourage them to be great writers, and help them in their respective professions. I took note of this, and applied it to my own writing.
What I love about my own writing is the humor I use, and my compassion for others. I would like all future writers to be influenced by my writing in a way that will give them pause, and to think about their own lives, and above all give them peace.
Future writers would gain hope through my writing that you are never too old to begin with the first word.
